We have experience with 4 stories residence post$beam SB house in Minsk, 2001(post is iron tubes diam. 120mm with concret infilling, beams - wood 100x175 mm), totaly - near 1000 sq.m.
But for school this type of construction can't pass official expertize, at least in Belarus.
