Susan,
You might want to refine your search some. There are many programs
which offer different angles on what you are looking for.
Sustainability Studies is a minor at the University of New Mexico,
which crosses disciplines between biology and architecture. I am
beginning an Art and Ecology program at UNM which looks from the art
side at ecological practice. There are many landscape and architecture
programs which deal with sustainable technologies. There is also the
Permaculture Institute in Santa Fe. You might decide first where you
want to interesect your interests with the culture.
Best,
Catherine
