On website and database development, you will not be charged until you approve the initial design. There are no refunds once the design has been accepted and we have begun work. If the work continues for over a month, we will invoice for the services performed to date on a monthly basis.
There are no refunds on any completed work. Work in progress may be cancelled, but payment will be due for work completed through the time of cancellation.
No refunds will be issued on payments for any setup fees or domain registrations, nor for payment for services or software made to a third party when arranged and billed through Sustainable Sources LLC, including but not limited to SSL Certificates, Google apps, or various plug-in vendors.
Hosting and other ongoing services.
We do not refund partial months on any recurring month-to-month services. If you paid for a month and cancel the service before the month has begun, we will refund for the month.
We will refund unused months on services paid on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, with the exception of advertising/listing services and services through ProtectYourWP.com, for which there will be no refunds.
If your service is terminated due to violation of any of our policies a refund will not be issued.
We do not require any type of contract so you may cancel service at any time. To cancel an account, you must e-mail us requesting the account cancellation (at least five days before your next billing date). You will be notified via e-mail as soon as the cancellation request is completed or if any further information or action is needed on your part. Be sure that you have copies of your web files before you cancel your hosting.
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going advertising/listing, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of PayPal payments the refund will be made to the same account which made the payment.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute, Authorize.net dispute, or similar) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a chargeback dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Sustainable Sources LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the SustainableSources.com website. You agree to periodically review our websites including the current version of our Refund Policy.
